Main duties:

  • Development and implementation of HR strategy;

  • Arranging internal certifications;
  • Development of training programs and individual career plans;
  • Organization of trainings;
  • Participation in efficiency control, delivering feedback and communication with Supervisors of departments;

  • Preparation to performance reviews;
  • Remote work is considered with business trips to Plant.

  • High communicational skills, ethics of business conduct;
  • Self-discipline and result-oriented;
  • Skills to maintain positive psychological climate in Team;
  • Skills to clearly define tasks orally and in written;
  • Skills to present ideas, high quality to information design;
  • High education;
  • Continuous self-education with participation in professional courses and trainings;
  • Work experience from 5 years;
  • English on Intermediate level;
  • Excellent knowledge of Office programs, including Power Point.
